Artist's Description
Summer landscape called Overlooking the meadow is a large watercolor which has all the attributes - wildflowers, trees, sky and fields disappearing into distance. This is a landscape we saw while traveling in Ontario. The meadows were in bloom and summer sky was high above the fantastic view. The original painting is available from https://inesepogagallery.com/
About Inese Poga
I am an artist who is inspired by the reality of life and nature, but especially, the change of seasons. Nature art, still life, landscapes and floral paintings in watercolor, acrylic and as ink or pencil drawings make for most most of my art collections. I find endless inspiration in nature. My actual paintings, art in progress, how to paint and how to draw articles, as well as detailed information about my art classes and art projects can be found on my personal website: http://inesepogagallery.com/ I sell my original paintings from art studio in Ajax, Ontario. I accept commissions for acrylic painting, watercolor painting, pastel painting and drawings. My popular art classes for adults and adolescents are a great place to start...

Your watercolors create lovely stories, Inese. What a pleasure to visit your site!

Thanks Greta! This was in 2012 on a USA magazine cover, although I'm in Canada. Well, I don't have this painting any longer and as you know pictures from more than 10 years ago are not that good now. I used to paint such landscapes, but my favorite subject has always been still life. To be honest, I don't paint like that after more than a decade since publishing this painting image, but I think it was fine back then. We all change over time and so does our art. I appreciate you stopped by.

Thanks so much, Ann! I'm sometimes mentioning that there are lots of good thoughts painted in any of my paintings. You might have noticed the good aura which these paintings have. Most people when they come to my real gallery notice that the room is filled up with so much of good energy that they immediately can feel that. It seems, this can be somehow maintained even in the virtual image.
