Description
Summer landscape called Overlooking the meadow is a large watercolor which has all the attributes - wildflowers, trees, sky and fields disappearing into distance. This is a landscape we saw while traveling in Ontario. The meadows were in bloom and summer sky was high above the fantastic view. Your watercolors create lovely stories, Inese. What a pleasure to visit your site!

Thanks Greta! This was in 2012 on a USA magazine cover, although I'm in Canada. Well, I don't have this painting any longer and as you know pictures from more than 10 years ago are not that good now. I used to paint such landscapes, but my favorite subject has always been still life. To be honest, I don't paint like that after more than a decade since publishing this painting image, but I think it was fine back then. We all change over time and so does our art. I appreciate you stopped by.

Thanks so much, Ann! I'm sometimes mentioning that there are lots of good thoughts painted in any of my paintings. You might have noticed the good aura which these paintings have. Most people when they come to my real gallery notice that the room is filled up with so much of good energy that they immediately can feel that. It seems, this can be somehow maintained even in the virtual image.

This painting is magical. You must be a child in your heart which is a very good thing!!

Thanks Mary! That means I've got something right with this work. Besides, this is also one of my husband's most favorite paintings.
